Each and every workout can be customized to include any of my modalities, providing they make sense for time. For example, we can start with a cardio warmup, get a focused lift in, stretch it out and cool down with some yoga, and end with a short meditation. I bring all my equipment with me and can meet you wherever you are! 

Short on time but have a lunch break?

For convenience, I also offer 30 minute short and sweet appointments. Got a lunch break and a living room? You can get a workout in on your lunch break and you're right back to it with time to spare!

Looking for a fun friend group experience or yoga party?

I offer group fitness (including yoga) at an extremely competitive rate! Have you always wanted to have someone come teach you and your friends yoga? I got you! And you can bring the kids too! 

Looking for Community?

Starting soon, we'll be taking a weekly walk/hike for ALLLLLL the moms called Hot Mom Hikes - come and take a walk and meet other people in the same phase of life. Trust us, it makes SUCH a difference!

How Often Should You Work Out?

We ask that you plan to use a session at least once per week. I am more than happy to give you "homework" for the week and I also hope to give you a workout that you can and will want to replicate on your own, but we are unable to guarantee any results or gains without consistency. Part of starting any commitment like this is to understand that it is truly a commitment to feeling better and just like all the other good things, we do have to work for it. And just to cap it all off and round it all out (but it's true!), you get out what you put in. That's it! 

On the other hand, I am happy to meet with you as many as 3-4 times per week! Three to four sessions per week is also a great tempo for the half hour workouts.
