Meet The Team

Hi, I’m Haley! The “Movement Maven”

Hi, I'm Haley! I'm an Arizona native who grew up in Utah and spent all my free time trekking with my family between the two. I love living in the Valley now! I have 2 kids, ages 6 and 2, and had mental and physical struggles during postpartum with both. I would have loved to have a friend/trainer/dietitian/validation queen in my corner during those intense first few months, and that is where our mission was borne from!

From saying, "yep, normal, seen it before", to helping you hit PRs, I'm here for you!

I am certified as both a 200 Hr Registered Yoga Teacher (2019)  and as a Certified Personal Trainer (2021). I've been teaching group fitness classes around the valley since 2018, including at Jabz Boxing, TruFusion, NamaStay Fit, and Fit4Mom/Stroller Strides. I have also furthered my education to gain additional certificates in:

  • Yoga Nidra

  • Yoga Sculpt

  • Group Fitness

  • Strength Training

  • Pre- and Postnatal Fitness

  • Pre- and Postnatal Yoga

  • Chair Yoga

  • Yoga for Parkinsons

Helping clients find movement that brings joy and therefore sustainability is a big part of my "why". Being involved and bringing fun and fitness to my community is another huge part of my "why", and you'll find me teaching RockSteady Boxing for Parkinsons weekly as well as small group Strength Training at NamaStay Fit Studio here in Scottsdale!

I truly look forward to hearing from you and how we can find the right set up for you. Peace and love.

Hi, I’m Clare! The “Nutrition Nut”

Hi, I’m Clare! I’m a true midwest girl, now living in a big city. I grew up in rural Minnesota on the family farm. I became interested in healthcare while in high school working as a certified nursing assistant and soon realized nutrition was my passion. I graduated in 2014 with a Nutrition and Dietetics degree from Viterbo University in LaCrosse, WI. That summer I took my boards exam and became a Registered Dietitian; a week later I moved to sunny Arizona.

Living in Phoenix is where I met my husband. We have 3 kids, a 4 year old daughter and infant twin boys. I get mom life!

I’ve worked as an RD for over 10 years, helping a wide variety of people with various health problems. I’ve worked in outpatient family practice, pediatrics and women’s health clinics for the majority of those years. I’ve also worked in outpatient oncology. More recently, I’ve added IBCLC (Internal Board Certified Lactation Consultant) to my resume. Plus, I have years of personal breastfeeding experience.

It’s truly an honor to help you achieve your feeding, eating and health goals. I’m passionate about creating realistic, sustainable and enjoyable nutrition plans you can feel good about. Whether it’s you, your kids, or your baby… I can help!

We are proud to stand next to our brothers and sisters of all ethinicities, religions, sexual orientations, and genders.

Black and brown lives matter and there is no room for hate here!

F*ck I C E!
